Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Bites

Here at the Curtis house we love to bake. We also love to create healthy choices to keep on hand. These oatmeal raisin breakfast bites are the perfect on the go breakfast or snack. They are jam packed with healthy things to keep you energized all day long. And, they are kid approved! 

 

Here's what you need: 

1/2 cup oats 

1/2 cup applesauce (we used homemade, if you don't find something with no added sugar)

1/4 cup nut butter (we used peanut butter, but you can use any you want)

1/4 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 tsp vanilla 

3 tbsp raisins

1 overripe banana

1/4 cup shredded coconut 

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon onto a baking sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. 

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
