Improve Liver Health Naturally

Our liver plays a very important role when it comes to detoxifying our bodies and if it isn't functioning optimally we can start to notice many different symptoms.
Potential symptoms of a sluggish liver:

-difficulty managing body composition

Natural ways to improve your liver health: 
- Exercise and move your body regularly
- Eat at least 25-30g of fiber daily 
- Drink at least 1/2 of your bodyweight in ounces daily 
- prioritize food quality 
-  minimize alcohol
- minimize plastic exposure (switch to glass or metal for all food strorage, coffee cups, water bottles, etc.) 
- switch to natural hair care, body care, cosmetics (paraben free)
- Eat lots of cruciferous veggies (think kale, broccoli, brussel sprouts) 
- Eat lots of liver loving foods (sprouts, beets, carrots, avocado, sweet potatoes, berries, lemon, garlic, dandelion greens) 
- Consider supplementing with dandelion (Look up Dandy Blend), selenium and milk thistle
