This recipe is the perfect combination of overnight oats and chia pudding and makes for the best breakfast on a warm summer morning.
Grab a bunch of jars (or glass containers) and make once for breakfast all week!
Here's what you need:
Chia Overnight Oats
(for each single serving)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (my favorite is oat milk, you choose here)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Load up the jars and leave in the fridge overnight for a quick, easy on the go breakfast the next morning.
For the toppings: Get creative! Some of my favorite include fresh fruit, dates, nut butter, full fat greek yogurt, nuts and seeds (add toppings in the morning)
For a little sweetness: Drizzle with some honey or maple syrup
