Banana Oat Muffins

These muffins are a delicious breakfast or pre workout snack and are a great way to sneak some veggies in for the kids! 

Banana Oat Muffins

2 ripe bananas
2 cups raw spinach
2 eggs
2 tbsp honey
2 cups oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp raisins

Put bananas, spinach, eggs and honey into a blender and blend completely. Add oats and chia seeds. Blend again
Slowly mix in raisins.

Grease a silicone muffin pan (I used spray avocado oil here)

Cook at 350 for 17-20 minutes.

Serve warm with butter.

Makes 12 muffins

*Keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 5 days.
